Yaaartists continues to expand and add new facets to its work.   This year the focus has been on workshops to promote talent amongst a diverse community.

The Group, as in prior years, has run craft fairs giving artists a platform to display a wide variety of skills in the area of textiles, jewellery making and haberdashery.  In addition, the group promotes the work of writers, singers, musicians and photographers.

Some workshops are run at a local social and luncheon club for the elderly who are able to make jewellery, learn crochet, paint porcelain and make batiks.

Yaaartists products are displayed at all major Yaa and Carnival Village events.
